Our hosting services are provided on an 'as is' basis. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

All services must be paid for in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for hosting services, subject to our refund policy.

You may not use our services for any illegal activities, spam, malware distribution, or any activities that could harm our infrastructure or other users. Violation may result in immediate termination of services.

In no event shall Xperts Africa or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

Xperts Africa reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of service.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Xperts Africa operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
